The client portal is intended for authorized business users. Personal data may include names, work contact details, activity logs, and assignment or form responses used during operating engagements.

Data is processed for client portal access, service delivery, audit and security monitoring, and support. Retention periods can vary by client policy and legal requirements.

When an authorized manager enables automatic venue weather setup, the venue's business street address, city, state, and postal code are sent to the U.S. Census Geocoder to derive approximate coordinates for National Weather Service forecasts. This setting is intended for a venue business address, not an employee or guest home address. See the U.S. Census Bureau Data API Terms of Service.
